Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor to lead daily warehouse activities on a 2nd shift (Mon-Fri 2:30pm-11:00pm) with the possibility of first shift during peak season.

You will mentor the team, manage schedules, ensure safe, efficient operations, and drive improvements to meet service expectations. Ideal candidates bring at least 2 years of supervisory warehousing experience, proficiency with MS Office and scanners, and a flexible schedule including overtime and

• 2+ years of relevant warehouse supervisory experience.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and use of scanners.
• Flexible schedule with potential overtime, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient daily warehouse operations.
• Prepare and manage staff schedules.
• Supervise and coach the team to improve performance.
• Monitor work quality to deliver exceptional service.
• Adhere to GXO quality policies and the 7S program.
• Communicate effectively with leadership and other departments.
• Implement continuous improvement action plans.
• Maintain a clean warehouse environment.
