Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead warehouse operations, training, and safety across production workgroups. The role emphasizes strong leadership, team development, and adherence to safety and quality standards in a busy distribution environment.

The position requires the ability to lift heavy loads, manage resources, and coach staff while promoting continuous improvement and collaborative cross‑functional teamwork.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs / 32 kg.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - preferred.
• Management experience - preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establish a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensure orientation, training, materials and evaluations for all employees.
• Ensure all employees adhere to safety policies.
