Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a proactive Recruiting Assistant to support seasonal warehouse hiring at our Jonestown, PA distribution center. This temporary role focuses on delivering a smooth recruitment process during peak season and providing an excellent candidate experience.

The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment, with strong communication skills and experience in recruiting or administrative support.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms is a plus.
• Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 4 days per week.
• Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the ATS and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
• Collaborate with DC Recruiter, warehouse leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
