Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a proactive Recruiting Assistant to support seasonal warehouse hiring at the Jonestown, PA distribution center. This on-site role focuses on coordinating high-volume recruitment, scheduling interviews, and guiding new hires through onboarding.

Qualifications

• Experience in recruiting, HR, or administrative support.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ATS platforms.
• Availability to work on-site in Jonestown, PA at least 4 days per week.
• Flexibility to support occasional hiring events outside standard hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with high-volume recruitment for seasonal warehouse positions, including reviewing resumes, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Communicate with candidates via phone, email, and in-person to provide updates and answer questions.
• Support onboarding activities including document collection, orientation scheduling, and new hire follow-ups.
• Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and ensure compliance with hiring procedures.
• Collaborate with DC Recruiter, warehouse leadership and HR to understand staffing needs and hiring timelines.
• Provide general administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
