Macy's is looking for Warehouse Colleague for full-time shifts at our Maryland facility. You will handle receiving, storing, picking, packing, sorting and shipping to ensure on-time delivery and outstanding service. Roles require physical stamina and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Full-time colleagues typically work 30+ hours per week with weekend shifts. No formal education required, and flexibility with shifts is essential.

Qualifications

• No Education or Experience Required.
• Flexible availability including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedures in English.
• Self-starter who adapts quickly to changing customer expectations and needs.
• Proficient in using computers and handheld technology.

Responsibilities

• Receiving and Unloading: Load and unload cartons and merchandise from delivery trucks and conveyors.
• Sorting and Organizing: Lift, carry, push, and pull packages repeatedly.
• Processing: Complete all receiving and shipping activities per productivity standards.
• Technology: Input data using PCs, handheld computers, RF devices and other systems.
• Safety: Perform tasks safely and report accidents or hazards promptly.
• Equipment: Operate forklifts, pallet jacks and related equipment as needed.
• Team Collaboration: Work with teammates to meet goals and maintain a positive environment.
• Start shift duties: wear name badge, follow dress code, participate in startups and daily goals.
• Prioritize customers: handle merchandise with care and ensure neat packaging.
• Hospitality: Greet coworkers with a smile, build trust and help new teammates settle in.
• Finish Strong: tidy workspace, replenish supplies and acknowledge coworkers.
