Job summary

URBN (Urban Outfitters, Anthropologie Group, Free People & Nuuly) is hiring Equipment Operators at our Gap, PA facility located at 755 Brackbill Rd, Gap, PA 17527, United States. Join our warehouse team to operate PITs, perform inbound/outbound logistics, and support accurate inventory control.

You will work with RF scanners and touchscreens, upholding OSHA safety standards and URBN safety protocols while contributing to a high-performing and safe warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Previous warehouse, fulfillment, or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Must be 18 years or older.

Responsibilities

• Operate PITs such as forklifts, order pickers, walkie stackers and pallet jacks to transport, stow and replenish inventory.
• Elevated height operation using cherry pickers up to 25–40+ feet with OSHA safety adherence.
• Load/unload trailers, label products, box making, relocate stowed items.
• Use RF scanners and touchscreen interfaces for real-time inventory tracking.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area and follow URBN safety protocols.
