Job summary

URBN in Gap, Pennsylvania is seeking an Equipment Operator to fulfill warehouse orders using PIT equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, or pallet drivers. You will support the warehouse team to ensure orders are processed efficiently and safely, maintaining an organized floor.

This role requires the ability to operate RF scanners and touchscreens, follow work instructions, and maintain reliable attendance.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED a plus.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience a plus.
• Able to operate RF scanners/desktops and touchscreens.
• Maintain acceptable attendance and overtime availability.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and operate warehousing equipment.
• Able to work well in a team environment and independently.
• Follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Operate department technology to track product location (RF scanners, desktops, touchscreens).
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• All other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
