Job summary

URBN is seeking an Equipment Operator at our Gap, PA facility to fulfill warehouse orders using PIT equipment such as forklifts, order pickers, and pallet drivers. The role supports the team to ensure timely processing of customer orders.

Responsibilities include safety, working in a team or independently, and using RF scanners and touchscreens to track product location while maintaining an orderly work area. Overtime may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Comply with work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards.
• Warehousing or manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Forklift or heavy machinery experience is a plus.
• Operate department-specific technology such as RF scanners or touchscreens to track products.

Responsibilities

• Prioritize safety and comply with standards while operating warehousing equipment.
• Work well in a team and also independently as needed.
• Handle multiple tasks and follow instructions to meet productivity goals and quality standards.
• Operate department technology (RF scanners, desktops, touchscreens) to track product location.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
