Job summary

UPS Supply Chain Solutions, Inc. is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance. You will train staff, drive productivity, and coordinate with multiple teams to maintain high standards across the department.

The role emphasizes creating a positive, team-oriented environment, implementing development plans, and ensuring adherence to safety policies. Excellent communication and warehouse experience are required.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift availability up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures all staff receive orientation, skills and safety training, and regular evaluations.
• Ensures safety policies are followed at all times.
