UPS Supply Chain Solutions seeks a supervisor to lead workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance. The role sets high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and teamwork, and builds strong working relationships across the organization.

Ideal candidates have strong communication, training abilities, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse. A Bachelor's degree is preferred and management experience is valued. This is a seasonal position with benefits described.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsabilités

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times and compliant with regulations.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and continual improvement.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
• Ensures orientation, training, and coaching for staff.
