Job summary

Holiday Outdoor Decor is seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to oversee daily operations, ensuring accuracy in inventory, order fulfillment, shipping and receiving, and warehouse logistics. The role requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced, seasonal environment with a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will coordinate inter-warehouse transfers, manage trucks, and maintain data in Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant warehouse management experience.
Proficiency with Sage, Smartsheet, and Microsoft Excel.
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Execute purchase orders for refurbishment, installation, operational, shipping, and manufacturing supplies.
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate replenishment.
Coordinate with vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain accurate inventory records and organize the warehouse for efficiency.
Coordinate shipping of inventory and ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
Review orders against inventory and ensure availability for shipment or installation.
Oversee warehouse transfers between locations and assist with loading/unloading trucks.
Enter data in systems like Sage, Smartsheet, and Excel and support installation schedules.
