Job summary

UPS is seeking aSeasonal supervisor to lead and develop warehouse teams focused on safety, productivity, and accuracy. You will train staff, monitor attendance, and ensure compliance with policies while fostering a collaborative work environment.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to lift heavy loads, and experience in a fast-paced warehouse setting. Bachelor's degree preferred; flexible shifts and leadership experience are desirable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and manages workgroups across safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Establishes a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication and inter-departmental cooperation.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Implements development plans and ongoing coaching for department personnel.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures and all applicable regulations.
