Job summary

UPS Seasonal supervisor role overseeing safety, production and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse. You will lead, train, and develop workgroups, maintaining high standards of accuracy, customer service, organization, and safety across multiple levels of the organization.

The position emphasizes proactive communication, teamwork, and continuous improvement, with a focus on employee development and adherence to policies. A strong leadership background and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation and safety.
• Fosters a positive, team-oriented work environment with pro-active communication and continual improvement.
• Implements employee development plans to support growth.
• Ensures orientation, training materials, evaluations and coaching for all department personnel.
