Job summary

UPS is seeking a lead supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance. You will supervise, train and develop workgroups while maintaining high standards for accuracy, customer service and safety.

This role emphasizes proactive communication, teamwork and continual improvement across departments. Ideal candidates will have strong leadership experience, the ability to manage flexible shifts, and proficiency with MS Office in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S. or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Experience supervising and training workgroups.
• Flexible shift availability, up to 5 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Ensures compliance with safety policies and procedures at all times.
