Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production and attendance while developing staff and maintaining high standards of accuracy and customer service. The role emphasizes effective leadership and cross‑functional collaboration within the facility.

The candidate will train new and existing employees, enforce safety policies, manage resources for peak output, and foster a proactive, team‑oriented culture across the department.

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or national or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent preferred.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.

• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
