Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and communication, and foster strong working relationships across the organization.

You will train staff, manage department resources for maximum output, implement development plans, and ensure all employees receive orientation, training, and ongoing coaching while maintaining strict safety

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. Citizen or National or authorized to work in the U.S.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
