Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee safety, production, attendance, and overall performance in a fast-paced warehouse setting. You will lead, train, and coach workgroups to meet high standards of accuracy and customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs and work flexible shift hours.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred; management experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization and safety.
