Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor in Texas to lead safety, production and attendance, supervise and develop workgroups, and uphold high standards for accuracy and customer service.

You will train staff, coordinate with management, ensure compliance with policies, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
• Strong oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Responsible to ensure that all employees adhere to safety policies and procedures at all times, operating in full compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
