UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role sets high standards for productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, and communication while fostering a positive, collaborative environment.

Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7am–12pm. You will supervise daily operations, facilitate training for new and current employees, ensure compliance with safety policies, manage resources for efficiency, and coach staff for

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred
• Management experience - Preferred
