Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead a fast-paced warehouse team in the Erie area. You will supervise, train, develop, and hold workgroups accountable for safety, productivity, and accuracy, ensuring service excellence and compliance with policies.

You will build strong relationships across levels, drive continuous improvement, and implement development plans while maintaining high standards for attendance, communication, and teamwork. Prior leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Management experience - Preferred.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times, in compliance with requirements.
