Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Supervisor in Erie, PA to supervise and develop teams responsible for safety, production and attendance. You will set high standards for accuracy, customer service, and organizational efficiency, while fostering proactive communication across departments.

The role requires strong leadership, the ability to train staff, and a commitment to safety and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times in compliance with requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and continuous improvement.
• Implements personal development plans for department personnel.
