Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead safety, productivity and attendance in a fast-paced warehouse environment. You will supervise, train, develop, and motivate workgroups while upholding high standards for accuracy and customer service.

Responsibilities include fostering teamwork, ensuring adherence to safety policies, managing resources, and coaching staff through orientation and ongoing training to support continuous improvement across the department.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in management preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensures safety policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Manages department resources for maximum output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented work environment and continual improvement.
• Coaches staff through orientation and ongoing development.
