Job summary

UPS is seeking a seasonal supervisor to lead, train and develop staff, ensuring safety, productivity and high standards of accuracy and service. You will foster collaboration across teams, manage resources, and drive continual improvement in a fast-paced warehouse setting.

The role requires strong communication, the ability to work flexible shifts, and experience with office tools. A background in management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs/32 kgs.
• Flexible to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Experience in a warehouse/production setting is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains workgroups focused on safety, production and attendance.
• Sets high standards for productivity, accuracy and customer service.
• Maintains relationships with employees, management and customers.
• Ensures adherence to safety policies and procedures across the department.
• Manages resources to maximize output, accuracy and efficiency.
• Delivers orientation and coaching for continuous development.
