Job summary

REI Co-op in Washington is hiring a Warehouse Associate to pick, pack and ship orders, receive inventory, and support bike prep. The role requires standing 8-12 hours and lifting 20–65 lbs; no warehouse experience is required and flexibility to work across departments is valued.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience is required.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift.
• Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Works efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.

Responsibilities

• Picks and puts items in appropriate locations.
• Receives inventory and price marking.
• Splits, ships and packs customer orders.
• Handles cardboard and waste for team efficiency.
• Prepares bikes for assembly.
