Job summary

REI Co-op in Washington is seeking a Warehouse Associate to help pick, pack, receive inventory, price mark, split and ship customer orders, and prepare bikes for assembly in a fast-paced environment.

This role is scheduled Friday–Sunday, 5:00am–6:00pm, with opportunities to work across departments and contribute to a safe, productive team.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• Flexibility to work across departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes averaging 20–30 lbs with a max of 65 lbs.
• Stand or walk on concrete for 8–12 hours.

Responsibilities

• Pick and place items to appropriate locations.
• Receive inventory and price mark items.
• Split and ship customer orders.
• Pack orders and handle waste and cardboard for team efficiency.

The Warehouse Associate is an integral part of our team's success. In this role you could be tasked with picking and putting items in a(n) appropriate location, receiving inventory, price marking, splitting, shipping, packing customer orders, handling cardboard and waste for the team efficiency, and preparing bikes for assembly. If you love a fun, fast-paced work environment, this role is for you!

The schedule for this position is Friday - Sunday, 5:00am - 6:00pm

Responsibilities and Qualifications

• No warehouse experience necessary.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes weighing an average of 20 to 30 pounds with a maximum of 65 pounds throughout a full shift of work.
• Able to work standing or walking on concrete floors for 8-12 hour shifts.
• Works efficiently and safely by setting effective work goals, establishing priorities, and producing quality work.
