Job summary

REI Co-op is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support the Distribution Center, including merchandise handling, receiving, and order preparation. The role may involve operating power equipment after training and certification, with a base hourly rate plus a 7% shift differential on Mondays to Thursdays, 3pm–1:30am.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance with ability to work 8-10 hour shifts.
• Experience handling merchandise and using RF equipment.
• Able to operate power equipment as trained.
• Capable of lifting 20-30 lb with occasional up to 65 lb.

Responsibilities

• Assist in picking, putting away, receiving, and price marking.
• Prepare and package orders and handle waste for efficiency.
• Move products through the distribution center accurately and safely.
