Job summary

REI in Washington state is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join a fast-paced team. You may pick and place items, receive inventory, price mark, and ship customer orders while maintaining safety and quality.

No warehouse experience is required; you can lift 20–65 pounds, stand or walk on concrete for 8–12 hours, and flex across departments. The schedule is Friday to Sunday, 5:00 am–6:00 pm, with potential changes.

Qualifications

• No warehouse experience required.
• Flexibility to work within different departments.
• Able to lift and shift boxes averaging 20–30 lb, up to 65 lb.
• Able to stand or walk on concrete for 8–12 hour shifts.
• Work efficiently and safely by setting goals, prioritizing, and delivering quality work.

Responsibilities

• Pick and place items in designated locations.
• Receive inventory and process shipments.
• Price marking and item splitting as needed.
• Ship and pack customer orders.
• Handle cardboard and waste for team efficiency.
