Saltbox is hiring a Member Specialist in Dallas to support our Elastic Workforce. You’ll handle fulfillment, shipping, and member hospitality in a fast-paced, on-site environment where you help small businesses thrive every day.

From unloading containers and kitting to building upkeep and on-site member support, you’ll be Saltbox’s floor ambassador. This full-time role offers an hourly pay range, comprehensive benefits, and growth opportunities as our platform expands.

Qualificações

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (reasonable accommodations provided).
• Comfortable using Slack, Gmail, and MacBooks.
• Physical stamina to bend, climb, and move inventory.
• Prior experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

What You’ll Do

As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day.

Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.


• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.


• Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.


• Track inbound/outbound shipments and elevate issues as needed.

Building & Facilities

• Open and close the building following operational checklists.


• Maintain cleanliness and readiness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.


• Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.


• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.

Member Support

• Offer hands‑on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.


• Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.


• Triage member service requests and elevate when needed.


• Be an on‑site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

This is a Full Time position.

Saltbox is excited to offer an hourly position with a base pay range of $17-$19, depending on your location .
