Job summary

Saltbox in Denver is seeking Seasonal Member Specialists to support our peak season 2026. On the warehouse floor you’ll receive, organize, and place inventory, pick and pack orders, and help move the dock so members stay on schedule.

You’ll work with a friendly team, adapt to a fast pace as volume climbs, learn Saltbox systems quickly, and build practical experience handling shipping, receiving, and inventory tasks that directly help small business owners during the holidays.

As soon as Mariah Carey belts out "It's Time," the holiday season is officially upon us, and at Saltbox we're gearing up to help small business owners conquer their busiest time of the year. We're looking for Seasonal Member Specialists to join our locations for peak season 2026.

Q4 is the season our members build their whole year around. Order volume climbs fast through November and December, and the support they get on our floor is often the difference between a good holiday season and a great one..

What the job looks like

Most days you're on the warehouse floor: receiving and organizing inventory, picking and packing orders, keeping the dock moving, and jumping in wherever a member needs an extra set of hands. The pace picks up as the season goes on, and no two days look exactly alike. You'll work alongside a supportive team that keeps things fun even when it's busy.

What you will own

• Receive, organize, and place inventory so members can always find what they need

Member service

• Support members with day-to-day logistics tasks and projects, adapting to their needs and schedules
• Communicate clearly and kindly, our members are small business owners in their most important season

Reliability

• Show up on time and ready to work, the floor depends on every set of hands during peak
• Follow member instructions and safety standards with care and attention to detail

Tools and space

• Learn our receiving, shipping, and dock systems quickly
• Keep common areas (warehouse, kitchen, office) clean, organized, and fully operational

What you bring

Saltbox is excited to offer a seasonal hourly position with a base pay range of $19 - $20, depending on your location. We understand that cost of living varies across our markets, and our compensation reflects that.
