Job summary

Saltbox is on a mission to simplify the hardest parts of running an eCommerce business. As a Member Specialist, you'll support fulfillment, shipping, and on-site member hospitality in a fast-paced, physical role.

You’ll help small business owners thrive daily, from unloading and kitting to answering service requests, while acting as an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (with accommodations).
• Experience in logistics, fulfillment, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient with Slack, Gmail, and Mac computers.

Responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and organize inventory and delivery items.
• Pick, pack, and ship orders accurately and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory audits, returns processing, and kitting.
• Track inbound/outbound shipments and escalate issues as needed.
• Open and close the building following operational checklists.
• Maintain cleanliness across warehouse, kitchen, and shared spaces.
• Monitor the delivery dock and ensure smooth handoffs with drivers.
• Perform daily walkthroughs to identify and resolve facility issues.
• Offer hands-on support with logistics tasks and suite upkeep.
• Engage with Members on the floor—answering questions and providing help.
• Triage member service requests and elevate when needed.
• Be an on-site ambassador for the Saltbox brand and experience.

What You’ll Do

As a Member Specialist, you'll wear many hats—from fulfillment and shipping to member hospitality and building upkeep. This isn’t a traditional warehouse job. It's a fast-paced, physical, and member-facing role where you’ll help real small business owners thrive every day.

Whether you're unloading a container, jumping into a kitting project, or answering a service request, you'll be a vital part of our Elastic Workforce (e-Force), supporting logistics needs and operational excellence in your market.

Responsibilities

Fulfillment & Logistics Support
