What You Will Be Accountable For

Seasonal DC Flex employees serve our customers by delivering high-quality order fulfillment and creating the Q experience in every box shipped. Our customers expect the best from QBP. Your role is to ensure every order leaving the building meets our high standards.

• Pick, Pack, Label, and Replenish.* [80%]
• Collaborate with robots for order fulfillment and replenishment.
• Packing products to Q standards.
• Label boxes for shipping.
• May include truck loading with RF, cycle counts, and receiving.
• Apply shipping labels and insert pack slips.
• Inspect materials, products, and containers at each packaging step to maintain quality standards.
• Keep the warehouse organized and clean.
• Maintain and upkeep the distribution center.* [10%]
• Operate hand-operated jacks and equipment.* [5%]
• Perform other tasks as assigned.* [5%]

What You Need To Succeed

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be 16 years or older.
• Attention to detail; maintain accuracy and quality in a team environment.
• Work effectively under pressure, adapt to change, and maintain attendance.
• Take initiative and work effectively without close supervision.
• Work safely and engage in continuous improvement.
• Strong organizational skills; work quickly and effectively.
• Respect and consider colleagues.
• Learn and use shipping department software and hardware.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Basic computer skills, including RF devices and Warehouse Management System (WMS) experience.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• Physical ability to pass a physical and human performance evaluation (HPE).
• Able to lift 55 pounds repeatedly and stand/walk for long periods.
• Bend, stoop, reach, push, and pull as needed.
• Occasionally lift up to 100 lbs.
• Wear company-provided cut-resistant gloves during shifts.
