Job summary

Empire Auto Parts, LLC is seeking a Seasonal Warehouse Team Member in Dallas, TX to support daily distribution operations during peak periods. You will pick, pack, and prepare orders, use RF scanners, and ensure accurate inventory and shipping details.

The role requires lifting 40–50 lbs regularly, standing for long periods, and wearing safety gear; flexibility for extended shifts is expected. Prior warehouse experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.

• Inspect, sort, and stock products in designated locations.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership.
• Palletize, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
• Follow safety protocols for equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Use hand-held scanners or warehouse management systems to track inventory and order status.
• Verify product codes, quantities, and shipping information.

Receiving & Stocking

• Assist with unloading incoming shipments.
• Inspect, sort, and stock products in designated locations.
• Report discrepancies or damaged goods to leadership.

Warehouse Operations

• Help maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas.
• Palletize, wrap, and stage orders for shipment.
• Follow safety protocols for equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified).

Team Support

• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goals.
• Adjust tasks based on operational needs during peak times.
