Job summary

You will partner with the Visual Manager and visual team to set and uphold visual standards for merchandise presentation daily in-store.

The role focuses on executing branding directives, translating monthly trends, and maintaining compliant store visuals while supporting profitability and brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of visual merchandising and display experience in a department store environment.
• Art, design, or creative background.
• Talent for selling floor creative merchandising.
• Ability to create three-dimensional visual merchandising displays.
• Strong organizational, planning, prioritizing, interpersonal, communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with all levels of store management.
• Styling experience required.

Job description

Under the direction of the Visual Manager, the Visual Merchandiser is responsible for creating a dynamic shopping environment that incorporates fashion trend statements, visual presentations, and company branding to support the sale of merchandise and the overall profitability of the store. The successful candidate will work in partnership with the Visual Manager and the visual team to set and maintain the visual standards for merchandise presentation. The Visual Merchandiser is responsible for interpreting and implementing visual directives, working with the direction of the Visual Manager to ensure that all executions are effectively being done daily in the store. You will be responsible for the execution of branding, monthly trends, and seasonal distortions. This candidate will work closely with the Visual Manager to ensure all company directives are complete and to standard.

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for the execution of interior and window concepts as well as mannequin presentations for each floor set. These concepts must produce a strong, impactful customer experience that relates back to the seasonal theme & corporate vision.
• Ensure mannequin styling reflects current business and fashion trends using all available resources and direction from the visual manager.
• Maintain high customer readiness standards; deliver a clean, neat, and easy-to-shop store environment through maintaining accessibility standards.
