Columbia Sportswear Company’s Portland Employee Store is seeking a visually driven Visual Merchandising Associate to maintain in-store displays, signage, and product presentation that align with brand directives. You will ensure product availability on the sales floor, assist customers with questions, and support the Store Leadership team to deliver a consistent, high-quality shopping experience.

Through the creation of compelling visual displays, this role will contribute to the profitability and customer service experience in the store while supporting Columbia Sportswear Companies values to enhance customer service and teamwork.
