Job summary

Proficiency in typography, layout, and project management is essential; you will work across print and digital formats on small- and large-scale projects, collaborating with multiple departments. A four‑day in‑office schedule with one remote day is expected during peak periods.

Qualifications

• A degree in design and related fields is a plus.
• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; After Effects skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design and produce print and digital media assets using established Brand Guidelines.
• Route all designs through internal stakeholders for approval.
• Coordinate all aspects of the design process from info gathering to final file delivery.
• Use existing design templates to produce a high volume of work in various sizes, including large-format wayfinding signage.
• Work with existing design templates to produce advertising and marketing materials.
• Prepare files for print, ensuring each file will print as intended.
• Collaborate with other designers and teams on new initiatives.
• Work with various SXSW departments to fulfill requests for specific projects.
• Contribute to team effort by taking on additional production projects as bandwidth allows.
