Backcountry is hiring a Seasonal Graphic Designer to support holiday campaigns across digital, email, social, print, and retail with end-to-end ownership of assets. You will conceptualize, produce, and deliver on-brand work, using AI tools to accelerate workflows while maintaining brand integrity.

Qualifications

• Academic background in graphic design or 3+ years of equivalent professional experience.
• Strong online portfolio showing clean visual design sensibilities (must be included).
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Demonstrated experience using generative AI tools to improve creative workflows; AI-assisted work in portfolio encouraged.
• Strong judgment on when/how to use AI with brand consistency and rights awareness.
• Proven ability to apply design fundamentals in visual layouts for digital platforms.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and develop creative solutions for campaigns across Backcountry brands.
• Design for print, digital, social, email, web, and retail signage.
• Interpret brand strategy into design systems including templates and typography standards.
• Use AI platforms to build and enhance deliverables while staying on-brand.
• Collaborate with web developers and production teams to ensure quality and on-time delivery.
