Job summary

New England Botanic Garden at Tower Hill seeks Seasonal Visitor Services Associates to assist with admissions, information, and memberships. You will help visitors, operate the point-of-sale system, and support the Night Lights hotline during events.

Shifts include evenings and special events; the role is seasonal, hourly, and non-exempt from overtime. Training is provided for customer service and ticketing software.

Qualifications

• Experience handling cash or card transactions; training provided.
• Prior customer service experience or willingness to learn.
• Comfortable using computers in a fast-paced setting.
• Must be at least 16 years old; minors may need a work permit.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and provide a welcoming, informative environment.
• Direct visitors, assist with admissions and membership information.
• Operate the on-site POS or ticketing system during shifts.
• Support Night Lights hotline duties and evening event activities.
