GameStop Corp. is seeking a Seasonal Sales Associate to support the store team during peak shopping periods.

Under direct supervision, you will focus on sales, store maintenance, and delivering exceptional guest service in a fast-paced retail environment. Responsibilities include greeting guests, recommending products, stocking shelves, keeping the store clean and organized, and assisting with inventory and visual merchandising.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous retail sales or guest service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class customer service by greeting guests and assisting with their video gaming needs.
• Support shopping environment and store sales initiatives during peak season.
• Keep store areas clean, organized, and merchandised per guidelines.
• Assist in stocking and restocking merchandise and maintain presentation.
• Help meet sales, profit, and shrinkage goals.
• Address guest questions promptly and escalate issues to a store keyholder.
• Follow safety, confidentiality, attendance, and ethical policies.
