Job summary

Live Nation Entertainment is seeking a Venue IT & A/V Support Representative for Credit Union 1 Amphitheatre. This part-time/seasonal role runs March through October 2026 and focuses on delivering on-site IT and A/V support to venue staff and visiting crews.

You will troubleshoot issues, liaise with remote IT teams, assist with show-day connectivity and equipment deployment, and help maintain a reliable technology infrastructure across the venue during major events.

Qualifications

• Experience with Apple iOS, Windows and network technologies.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite IT troubleshooting to venue staff and operations.
• Coordinate with remote IT teams per escalation procedures.
• Serve as onsite liaison for visiting IT providers.
• Assist with day-of-show IT needs including artist connectivity and POS.
• Support deployment, inventory, and maintenance of onsite IT equipment.
• Develop understanding of venue network and deployed technologies.
