Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; three years coaching experience at high school/collegiate/pro level.
• Must have completed PIAA coaching education requirements at hire.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills; ability to work with students, staff, and administration.

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Coach in developing practice plans and game strategies.
• Monitor student-athletes' academic progress and performance.
• Run skill-building drills and emphasize fundamentals of baseball.
• Support equipment management, team safety, and team well-being during practice and games.
• Communicate rules and expectations clearly to players, families, and staff.
• Transport the team to games as needed and maintain professional conduct.
