Job summary

Snowshoe Mountain is seeking seasonal Bell/Valet Team members for Allegheny Springs Lodge at Snowshoe Mountain Resort. You will assist guests with luggage, provide valet service, and help guests explore the mountain during on-mountain shifts.

This tipped position offers on-mountain housing options, on-site training, and the chance to enjoy the resort after shifts. A valid driver’s license is required; a High School Diploma or GED is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in guest-facing roles preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively with diverse guests.
• Able to prioritize safety and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide parking services and assist guests with luggage and ski/golf equipment.
• Operate resort shuttle buses and ensure safe, timely transportation.
• Assist guests with luggage, rooms, and locker access; manage items as needed.
• Support concierge by answering phones and sharing information about resort amenities.
• Maintain daily checklists, monitor vehicle locations, and perform security tasks.
