• Upscale or fine-dining serving experience preferred.

• Calm and composed during high-volume periods while delivering gracious service.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional table service with warmth, professionalism, and efficiency.
• Welcome and engage guests with genuine hospitality and maintain a polished demeanor.
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations on food and beverage pairings.
• Take accurate orders, input them into POS, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams.
• Ensure timely delivery and proper presentation of menu items and respond to guest needs.
• Maintain clean and well-set dining areas before, during, and after service.
• Adhere to health, safety, sanitation guidelines including responsible alcohol service.
• Uphold the Keeneland culture with teamwork and high standards.
