• Previous restaurant, hospitality, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support servers throughout service to ensure an exceptional dining experience
• Prepare, maintain, and reset tables according to restaurant standards
• Deliver water service, bread service, food items, and guest requests promptly and professionally
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and back-of-house support areas
• Assist with polishing and stocking glassware, silverware, china, and other service supplies
• Monitor dining room needs and proactively assist service staff
• Ensure tables are cleared and reset efficiently to support restaurant flow
• Assist with opening, closing, and side work duties as assigned
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, presentation, and professionalism
• Support special events, private dining functions, and elevated guest experiences as needed
• Adhere to all health, safety, sanitation, and company policies
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and hospitality-driven team culture
