Morningstar Buoy Haus Beach Resort in St. Thomas is seeking a Turn Down Attendant to enhance guest comfort in the evening. You will prepare rooms, refresh linens, and add special touches to create a relaxing atmosphere while maintaining impeccable room presentation.

Ideal candidates bring housekeeping or guest services experience, a keen eye for detail, and strong customer service. This role requires evening shifts and weekend availability in a luxury beachfront setting under Davidson

Qualifications

• Previous experience in housekeeping or guest services preferred.
• Attention to detail and a passion for delivering a luxurious guest experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work evening shifts and weekends.

• Prepare guest rooms for evening turndown service.
• Ensure beds are properly turned down and linens are refreshed.

• Adjust lighting and ambiance for a peaceful and welcoming environment.
• Arrange guest belongings and ensure rooms are organized.
• Anticipate and fulfill guest requests promptly and courteously.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in guest rooms and work areas.
• Collaborate with the housekeeping team to ensure seamless operations.
