Wintergreen Resort is seeking staff to assist guests in the Tubing Park. The role includes preparing the tubing area for opening, maintaining lanes, and ensuring safe loading/unloading for guests on tubes and conveyors.

You will communicate park rules, complete required paperwork, and assist with lift-ticket checks as needed. Positions are seasonal full-time or part-time, with shifts spanning late November through mid-March.

SUMMARY: Assist guests in the Tubing Park. Prepare tubing park for opening, maintain tubing lanes throughout day, ensure safe loading/unloading of guest on the tube and conveyor, maintain signage, communicate rules, complete required paperwork, check lift tickets, and run tubing lines. May be asked to assist Lift Operations as needed.Immediate promotion to a Lead position is available based on superior performance.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:Report to work on time for all scheduled shifts.Must be in uniform when on duty.Lead by example for a safe work environment.Follow all opening, closing, and daily operating procedures.Greet guests in a friendly manner.Advise and assist passengers as required.Maintain an orderly passenger traffic flow in a safe manner.Maintain a safe operation for all staff and guests as conditions change.Keep work area neat and clean.Must follow policies and procedures outlined in the Wintergreen Handbook and departmental training.Able to take on additional tasks and assignments assigned by the manager.MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Must interact with guests in a safe, friendly, and positive manner.Tolerable of working outdoors for extended periods of time in all types of weather conditions.Considered applicants must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.This is Seasonal Full Time or Part Time positions.
