Job summary

Kohl's is seeking a team member to deliver exceptional customer service and support store operations at the California location. You will handle receiving, stocking, and omni channel fulfillment while engaging customers and maintaining product protection standards.

Responsibilities include stocking the floor, assisting customers, and participating in training on brand standards and inventory procedures. Flexible availability for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required.
• Must be 16 years of age or older.
• Flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product including unloading truck shipments and omni channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell through and seasonal changes.
• Greet customers and offer assistance with products and services.
• Uphold product protection standards.
• Assist in training new hires on Kohl’s standards and procedures.
