Job summary

Kohl's in California is seeking an enthusiastic associate to deliver excellent customer service and support store operations, including freight processing, replenishment and omni-channel fulfillment.

In this role you will greet customers, assist with products and services, and participate in training to uphold Kohl’s brand standards. Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays is preferred.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills and ability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
• Verbal and written communication skills.
• No retail experience required; must be 16 years of age or older; flexible availability.

Responsibilities

• Receive and process product, unload truck shipments, and manage stockroom operations and omni-channel fulfillment.
• Replenish the sales floor based on sell-through and seasonal changes.
• Engage customers by greeting them and offering product and service assistance.
• Uphold product protection standards.
• Assist in training new hires on Kohl’s brand standards, inventory procedures and tools.
