Job summary

RSM is seeking a Seasonal Assistant Store Manager to lead a temporary Toy Shop during the holiday period in Mansfield, TX. You will partner with the Store Manager to support daily operations, greet customers, process transactions, and help keep the shop customer-ready throughout the program.

The role is full-time seasonal, with roughly 40 hours per week from November 4, 2026 to December 27, 2026. Candidates should have retail, customer-service, or cashier experience and be comfortable using a

Customer-service, retail, hospitality, or cashier experience preferred.
Comfort and experience using a POS system and handling transactions preferred.
Friendly, energetic, patient, and comfortable engaging customers of all ages in an open retail environment required.

Responsibilities

Support the Store Manager with day-to-day store operations and serve as an additional point of support for the team as needed.
Greet customers, answer basic product and store questions, help shoppers locate items, and refer policy or product issues to the Store Manager.
Operate the POS when assigned, accurately processing merchandise, payments, and receipts while following controls and fraud-prevention measures.
Facilitate the make-and-take activity by explaining instructions and managing the queue.
Maintain full shelves and assist with product replenishment coordinated through the Store Manager.
Assist with opening tasks and closing duties, including signage checks and stock organization.
