Job summary

Denali Park Adventures in Alaska is seeking a Tour Office and Reservations Manager for the 2027 season to lead our Adventure Experts, coordinate tour scheduling, and oversee payments and partner communications.

As HQ MOD, you will train staff, manage daily operations, and ensure a welcoming, efficient office. The role requires leadership, strong communication, and the ability to stay calm under pressure.

Qualifications

  • High School/GED with 1 year of relevant hospitality or tourism experience, or College degree.
  • Demonstrated leadership and prior management experience.
  • Ability to create and maintain a positive, productive team environment.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Proficient computer skills and POS experience.
  • Maintain clean driving record; able to work under stress and pressure.
  • Experience in customer service, sales, or reservations preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee staff training and orientation before and during season.
  • Lead and manage the Adventure Experts to deliver customer service.
  • Coordinate tour scheduling, bookings, and office communications.
  • Monitor transactions, vouchers, and logistics with partners.
  • Maintain daily communication with tour operations and management.
