Gunstock Mountain Resort is currently accepting applications for Seasonal Tickets Representatives for the upcoming winter season. This front-line role focuses on delivering exceptional guest experiences by helping guests reserve and purchase lift tickets, season passes, and rental packages.

Qualifications

• Must be 17 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Prior customer service experience and POS system knowledge preferred.
• Ability to remain in a stationary position for extended periods (approximately 80% of shift).
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous and efficient assistance to guests in person and over the phone.
• Process resort sales transactions professionally and accurately.
• Utilize point-of-sale systems and resort software with proficiency.
• Demonstrate strong telephone etiquette and computer skills.
• Uphold Gunstock's core values and promote a safe, welcoming environment.
• Assist in resolving guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism.
• Support a safe workplace by modeling appropriate behavior and reporting hazards.
